It's Friday, and I'm doing another Top 10! This week is for the Shocking Moments in Le Mans!

I already got Loic Duval's crash, Mark Webber's flight, Allan Simonsen's death, Anthony Davidson's flight and the 1955 accident.

Since I have many moments that happened in 2010 onwards, are there any other events, aside from the two mentioned, that were shocking in the 20th century?

Shocking? How about Mazda, the upstart Japanese maker, defeating the established European makes and taking the 1991 race. Nobody saw that coming.
